Environmental Education & Audits
At JJ’s Waste & Recycling, we are passionate about helping our customers reach their environmental goals and targets. We do this in a number of ways including through education, bin and site audits, monitoring contamination levels and introducing opportunities for source separation to name a few.
Environmental Education
JJ’s Waste can offer our customers a range of educational posters and labels identifying what items can/ cannot be placed in bins. This assists our customer’s by reducing instances of contamination and increasing levels of recycling.
The need for customised education has increased over the years with large organisations, educational institutions and local government requiring targeted education programs to assist their customers, staff, students and residents. JJ’s Waste has a specialised environmental education and consultancy division, EnviroCom Australia (EnviroCom), who specialise in environmental education (Waste, Water, Energy etc.), waste stream analysis and recycling and waste minimisation programs. Regular Walk-through Audits
Your JJ’s Waste Representative will be in regular contact with you for the duration of your agreement to ensure that all your waste management requirements are met. They are aware of all the various waste streams available within their areas, to ensure that during their regular visits to our customers’ sites they are able to continually review and suggest areas for improvement/diversion.
Total Waste Management Audits
The Company offers annual walk through audits for the duration of your contract term. These audits will provide you with a summary of existing waste services and will identify any potential improvement opportunities that may exist. This ensures your waste management service continues to evolve with your ever-changing needs and promotes sustainability of waste management practices.
