Depending on the role you apply for we have a few different steps.

This may include a phone interview, face-to-face interview, online assessment, skills-based assessment and an opportunity to meet the team.

We will help you to be prepared for each step of the process.

If you are successful following the interview stage, we will request you undertake pre-employment checks that may include:

  • Reference Check
  • Criminal background check
  • Entitlement to work
  • Pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol check

The health and safety of our employees, customers and the wider community are of the upmost importance at JJ’s Waste & Recycling. Not only do we comply with all statutory health and safety requirements, but we always strive to exceed them where possible.

As part of our recruitment process you will be required to show entitlement to work in the country to which you have applied.

Training and development opportunities do vary depending on the role and location.
